Improving User Documentation

For clients with existing user documentation, our technical writing team can identify the ways in which that documentation can be improved. Typically, improvements include rationalizing duplicate or redundant content, ensuring consistency and suitability for the identified audience, adopting a more flexible and powerful authoring environment, and/or enforcing an information model that makes it easier to maintain the documentation over time. In some cases we do the analysis as a consulting engagement, in other cases, we do the analysis and carry out the remedial work as well.
